CapacityPlus offers a range of rooms and desks for hire to suit your needs for counselling, therapy, assessment, training and meeting purposes. Our Warrnambool office is located at 68 Flaxman Street, across the road from the beautiful Fletcher Jones Gardens. The office features on-site car parking, disability friendly access, video telehealth facilities, staff kitchen and break room, WiFi, indoor and outdoor group spaces, and online room bookings for convenience.

Rooms can  be booked on hourly, half-day, full-day or longer-term commitments.

Frequently Asked Questions

How do I register to use the room booking portal?

To register please email admin@capacityplus.com.au and request a room booking registration form.

Where can I find more details/photos of the rooms?

Room and desk details including dimensions and photos are viewable through the room booking portal by clicking on the room name e.g., ‘Room 1’

Can I request Video Telehealth facilities for my room booking?

Yes! Simply complete the ‘Required Equipment’ drop down box when making a booking.

What is your cancellation policy?

Changes and cancellations can be made free of charge up to 24 hours before your booking.

Can I book a room outside of the hours listed on the portal, or for a longer term commitment?

Long-term bookings are welcome and there is always the possibility to make bookings outside of typical office hours. Please email admin@capacityplus.com.au.

How much do the rooms cost to hire?

Prices are available through the room booking portal. Discounts are available for long-term room bookings. 

Can I do a walk through before registering?

Yes! Feel free to request a tour by emailing admin@capacityplus.com.au.
