Footscray Office
CapacityPlus offers therapy room hire in Footscray. The therapy hire rooms are suitable for counselling, therapy, assessments, training, and meetings. Our Footscray office is located in the Victoria Square development at Office 11, 8–18 Whitehall Street—just a short 500-metre walk from Footscray Train Station.
The space includes video telehealth facilities, a staff kitchen, Wi-Fi, and the convenience of online room bookings.
Rooms are available to book on an hourly, half-day, full-day, or longer-term basis from 8:00am to 6:00pm Monday to Saturday.
Room 1 - Pelican
3.3 x 3.8 metre room.
The Pelican Room is located at the front of the office and provides filtered natural light.
Recommended for children, groups, therapy and counselling.
Furnished with 2 armchairs, relocatable table with 4 chairs (adult), and children’s table with 2 chairs.
Includes Wi-Fi, use of copier, coffee machine, staff kitchen and shared building common break space (located on the building roof).
Room 2 - Kingfisher
2.4 x 2.6 metre room.
The Kingfisher Room is located at the centre of the office.
Recommended for individual or couples counselling.
Furnished with a clock, 2 armchairs, sit-stand desk, office chair, monitor, dock, keyboard and mouse. Requires own laptop and webcam.
Includes Wi-Fi, use of copier, coffee machine, staff kitchen and shared building common break space (located on the building roof).
Room 3 - Brolga
4.9 x 2.95 metre room.
The Brolga Room is located at the rear of the office.
Recommended for individual counselling, couples counselling, and assessments.
Furnished with 2-seater lounge, armchair and a relocatable table.
Includes Wi-Fi, use of copier, coffee machine, staff kitchen and shared building common break space (located on the building roof).

Frequently Asked Questions
How do I register to use the room booking portal?
To register please email admin@capacityplus.com.au and request a room booking registration form.
Where can I find more details/photos of the rooms?
Room details including dimensions and photos are viewable through the room booking portal by clicking on the room name e.g., ‘Room 1’.
Can I request Video Telehealth facilities for my room booking?
Yes! Simply complete the ‘Required Equipment’ drop down box when making a booking.
What is your cancellation policy?
Changes and cancellations can be made free of charge up to 48 hours before your booking.
Can I book a room outside of the hours listed on the portal, or for a longer term commitment?
Long-term bookings are welcome and there is always the possibility to make bookings outside of typical room hire hours. Please email admin@capacityplus.com.au.
How much do the rooms cost and when can I hire them?
Prices and room availability are available through the room booking portal. Discounts are available for long-term room bookings. If you would like to make a long-term booking please email admin@capacityplus.com.au.
Can I do a walk through before registering?
Yes! Feel free to request a tour by emailing admin@capacityplus.com.au.
